Arxys will provide technical assistance weekdays during the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time, with the exclusion of Federal Holidays.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all tickets within one (1) business day.
If this is your first time creating a ticket, you will need to create an account. After creating an account your account will need to be confirmed and activated via the welcome email that will be sent to the email address used to create the account. If you cannot find your confirmation email in your normal inbox, check your spam or junk mail section.
Failure to confirm your account will result in a deactivated account and not allow the creation of a ticket.
